not send his Son into the world to condemn the
world, but to save the world through him. 18
Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but
whoever does not believe stands condemned already
because they have not believed in the name of
God's one and only Son.

11 This Jesus is the stone that was rejected by you, the builders, which has become the cornerstone. 12 And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved."
5 Thomas said to him, "Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?" 6 Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. 7 If you really know me, you will know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him."
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death.
29 The jailer called for lights, rushed in and fell trembling before Paul and Silas. 30 He then brought them out and asked, "Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" 31 They replied, "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household."
